Platform

Software for the parts of the business nobody demos.

Purchasing, receiving, reconciliation, listing quality, supplier communication. Unglamorous work, where the money actually leaks.

How this came about

Every one of these was built to solve our own problem first.

Epsolon operates and supports a multi-channel retail business of its own, selling across a direct storefront and the major marketplaces. The platform below was not designed in a workshop — each piece exists because something was going wrong and a spreadsheet had stopped being enough.

That is the entire pitch: this software has to survive contact with a real warehouse, real suppliers and real month-end before anyone else is asked to depend on it.

01

Demand Forecasting & Reordering

Know what to buy, and when, without guessing.

Sales history from your inventory system becomes a per-SKU demand forecast, a coverage position and a ranked reorder queue. It accounts for what is already on the water, what is committed, and what has genuinely been received — the distinction most reorder reports quietly get wrong.

  • Per-SKU velocity, cover and stockout risk
  • Reorder queue ranked by what actually runs out first
  • Open-PO awareness so stock on order is never double-counted
  • Nightly pipeline with alerting when a feed goes stale

02

Marketplace Intelligence

See what your marketplace listings are actually doing.

Listing quality, search-term performance, advertising waste and account health, pulled from the marketplace APIs and put in one place. Built to answer the question a report usually dodges: which specific listing, and what specifically to change.

  • Listing completeness and content gap analysis
  • Search-term and conversion benchmarking
  • Advertising waste candidates with the evidence attached
  • Account health, suppressions and policy alerts

03

Invoice & PO Verification

Catch the wrong price before you pay it.

Every supplier invoice line is checked against your catalogue cost and your open purchase orders. The extractor is format-agnostic: it finds columns by arithmetic rather than by template, and proves each run against the invoice's own printed total, so a new supplier layout does not need new code.

  • Line-level cost and quantity variance against open POs
  • Works on any layout — no per-supplier templates to maintain
  • Every run reconciled to the invoice's own total
  • One-click receiving from a verified invoice

04

Supplier & Partner Portals

Stop emailing spreadsheets to your suppliers.

A branded portal where your suppliers sign in to see their own purchase orders, confirm shipments and pull documents — scoped so each partner sees only their own data, and nothing else.

  • Per-supplier access, strictly scoped at the database level
  • Live PO status and document downloads
  • Shipment confirmation without a phone call
  • Audit trail on every change

06

Integrations & Operations Dashboards

One view across systems that were never meant to talk.

Most small businesses do not have a data problem, they have a seams problem: the storefront, the warehouse system, the shipper and the accounting package each hold part of the truth. We build the seams, and the dashboards that sit on top of them.

  • Storefront, marketplace, WMS, shipping and accounting connectors
  • Reconciled reporting across channels
  • Scheduled syncs with failure alerting, not silent drift
  • Dashboards built around decisions, not vanity metrics

How it is delivered

Configured to your business, not squeezed into a template.

1. Map

We start with the systems you already have and where the handoffs break. Usually a week, and it produces a written map you keep either way.

2. Build

We connect the seams and stand up the modules that earn their place. You see working software early and often, not a status deck.

3. Run

Scheduled syncs, monitoring and alerting so a broken feed announces itself. Stale data is worse than no data.

Which of these is costing you the most right now?

Tell us where it hurts and we will tell you honestly whether this platform fixes it, or whether you need something else entirely.
