Services
Engineering for companies too small for an IT department and too dependent on software to guess.
Sometimes you need a product. Sometimes you need two systems introduced to each other, or an honest second opinion before a large software decision.
What we do
Five ways we get engaged.
- 01
Custom application development
Web applications built for how your business actually runs, on a modern stack you are free to take elsewhere. No proprietary lock-in and no per-seat tax on your own data.
- 02
Systems integration
Connecting the platforms you already pay for so data moves once, correctly, and failures surface loudly instead of drifting quietly out of sync.
- 03
Data engineering & reporting
Pipelines, warehouses and reporting you can trust — including the unglamorous part, which is proving the numbers reconcile to source.
- 04
Cloud & deployment
Hosting, CI/CD, monitoring and backups set up so a deploy is boring and an outage is noticed by a system rather than by a customer.
- 05
Fractional IT leadership
For companies too small for a CTO and too dependent on software to keep guessing. Architecture review, vendor selection, and a plan you can actually staff.
How we work
Four commitments we will hold ourselves to in writing.
We tell you when not to build
The cheapest project is the one that turns out to be a configuration change in software you already own. We would rather say that in week one than invoice for six months.
Errors surface loudly
Systems fail. The failure mode we refuse to ship is the silent one — a sync that quietly stops, a write that returns an error nobody checks. Everything we build shouts when it breaks.
You own everything
Source code, database, hosting accounts, domains. All in your name from day one. If you want to take it to another firm, you can, and we will help with the handover.
Numbers have to reconcile
A report that cannot be traced back to source is decoration. We prove figures against the system of record before we put them on a dashboard.
Who this suits
A good fit looks like this.
- 5 to 200 people, with software that has grown faster than the plan for it
- Several systems that half-talk to each other
- Somebody senior spending hours a week in spreadsheets that should not exist
- A decision coming up that is expensive to get wrong
And when it isn't
We will say so early.
If you need a large off-the-shelf ERP, a marketing agency, or a team of twenty on site next month, we are the wrong call and we would rather tell you in the first conversation than three invoices in.

Let's talk about what you're running on.
Tell us what your business actually does day to day, and where the software gets in the way. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
